How Webyne Data Center Pvt Ltd collects, uses and stores information across webyne.ai and the platforms linked from it.

Before you publish: this page states the practices described across the Webyne product sites. Have your legal counsel confirm it against your actual processing, your DPDP Act obligations and your customer contracts, and add your registered entity details, grievance officer and effective date before going live.

What we collect

Across webyne.ai and the platforms it links to, we collect only what is needed to run the service and to reply to you.

Contact details you give us — name, work email, company, phone and the message you send through the contact form.
Account data for platforms you sign up to — your login identity, organisation and role.
Content you place in a platform — files in FileNest, data in a WebyneDB instance, project descriptions in AI Cloud, ad account connections in Ads AI.
Operational records — audit entries, usage metering, and request logs including IP address, needed for billing, security and support.

Where it is stored

Storage, backups and processing sit on infrastructure located in India. Nothing is replicated to another region unless you ask for it, and you can confirm the storage location for any file at any time.

How we use it

To provide the service you signed up for, and to bill it accurately.
To reply to enquiries you send us. Contact-form submissions are used to answer you and for nothing else.
To keep the platforms secure — detecting abuse, enforcing rate limits, and investigating incidents.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations in India.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use the content you place in a platform to train models for anyone else.

AI processing

Webyne-hosted models run on our own GPUs and are private to your tenant. Where you choose a premium third-party provider, requests route through our gateway to that provider; provider keys never leave our servers. Content pulled from your files or the web is treated strictly as data and can never grant an agent a permission.

Sharing

We share personal data only with processors needed to deliver the service — payment and invoicing, email delivery, and any model provider you have explicitly selected — and where we are required to by law. Each is bound to use it only on our instructions.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept for as long as the law requires. Deleted files go to a recycle bin and stay recoverable for 30 days before permanent removal. Audit records survive deletion of the underlying item, and retention windows are configurable to match your own policy.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to support@webyne.com and we will respond within the period the law allows.

Cookies

This site (webyne.ai) sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The product platforms set the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep sessions secure.

Security

Row-level security is forced on every tenant table. Secrets live in a secrets manager and are referenced at deploy time rather than stored in prompts or repositories. Every model call, tool call and infrastructure change lands in an immutable audit log with a trace id.
